What we offer
Every stage of the move, handled with a plan.
Services can be combined into a full-service move or booked individually, depending on how much of the process you'd like to take on yourself.
Full-Service Packing
Our crew packs each room using materials suited to its contents: dish-pack boxes for the kitchen, wardrobe boxes for closets, and specialty cartons for electronics. Boxes are labeled with both the room and a general description of contents, which speeds up unpacking considerably.
If you'd prefer a hybrid approach, we can pack fragile and awkward items while you handle everyday belongings on your own timeline.
- Room-by-room packing with labeled boxes
- Specialty cartons for wardrobe and electronics
- Partial packing options for specific rooms only
Fragile Item Handling
Glassware, china, mirrors, framed artwork, and small electronics are separated from general packing early. Each piece is wrapped individually rather than grouped loosely into a box, and cushioning is layered according to weight and shape.
These boxes are marked clearly on multiple sides and positioned in the truck where they won't carry weight from anything above them.
- Individual wrapping for glass and ceramics
- Corner protection for framed artwork and mirrors
- Clear multi-side labeling for fragile contents
Furniture Disassembly & Reassembly
Bed frames, sectional sofas, desks, and shelving units are often easier and safer to move disassembled. Our crew takes these apart at the origin, bags and labels the hardware, and reassembles everything at the destination.
Wrapped furniture also travels better inside the truck, since padded surfaces don't scuff against neighboring pieces.
- Hardware bagged and labeled by piece
- Moving blankets for wood and upholstered furniture
- Reassembly included at delivery
Organized Transport
Loading follows a sequence: heavier furniture first, then boxes grouped by room and weight, with fragile items positioned last so they're the first thing unloaded. Straps and moving blankets keep everything in place during transit.
This loading logic is decided during planning, not improvised at the truck ramp, which keeps the process consistent from pickup to delivery.
- Weight-based load sequencing
- Strapping and blanket protection throughout transit
- Fragile items loaded last, unloaded first
Small Office Relocation
Office moves come with their own considerations: shared equipment, files that need to stay organized, and a team that needs to be back at work with minimal delay. We coordinate scheduling around business hours or weekends, whichever suits your team.
Desks, filing cabinets, and shared electronics are labeled by department or workstation so setup at the new location mirrors the old one.
- Scheduling around business hours or weekends
- Department and workstation labeling for files and equipment
- Coordination with building management when required
On estimates
What factors into a move estimate.
Every move differs, so we base estimates on a few factors discussed during the consultation: the number of rooms, the volume and fragility of belongings, distance between locations, and any access considerations like stairs or long carry distances. We walk through these details with you before providing a written estimate, so there are no surprises about what's included.
